Cat's intestine spelled out by a metal

Asked for Male, 20 Years

My cat fell out of my window and she hit the wall metal which was pointing upward and her guts were all out. So, I took her to a doctor near a clinic and a pet doctor came and helped to put her intestine inside but I am so worried if her guts were also damaged in some way because the following day she keeps on scratching her wounds and licking near her wound. I am worried if she will be ok or not?
