My recent ECG said sinus rhythm with T wave inversion in III & aVF.
What does this mean? I have constant sweet pain in upper left chest portion. Thanks!

Hi, The symmetrical T-wave inversion in Leads II, III and aVF in ECG would suggest ischemia localized to the inferior wall.
Kindly consult cardiologist for further evaluation...
