Can Epidymorchitis curable? Or serious
I have diagnosed with right testicle Epidymorchitis with swollen epidymis and swollen lymph near groin and paraarortic lymphadenopathy in usg abdomen is it curable with medicine or I need surgery to remove testicles? Will it turn into malignant like cancer? Or is it serious problems?

Well para aortic lymphadenopathy is uncommon in case of epidydymorchitis so we need to rule out testicular malignancy by other tests
