Calcium and iron supplement after delive

Hi doctor, My baby is 22 days old. I delivered through cesarian. I was taking corcium d3 and faa20 before delivery. Please tell me calcium and iron supplement which are equally good as these. These are bit costly so I want alternative to these medicines. Otherwise I will continue these only if these are best. Also tell me upto what time I shod continue taking these. Thanks for your reply.
