I want to consult you for my relative who is 77 year old female diagnosed to have Gall bladder cancer with metastasis to liver. Her CBD is dilated but she is not having jaundice now. Is it possible to do palliative stenting of CBD , even before developing jaundice keeping in view that jaundice will give trouble to my patient in future.

Hello there we.understand.your feeling and her condition totally and we appreciate your concerm toward your relative.
But condition like this cannot be dealt and evaluated over a forum like this you need to take her to a surgical oncologist for her treatment and it would-be better if you take her to a oncologist as soon as possible.
