Burning in throat n chest
Since past few weeks i have an intermittent issue of burning sensations around and in my throat. Sometimes my chest burns too. I know it is because of acidity. I always eat healthy and don't get indulged in overeating. I get plenty of sleep and get to rest my body. Bowel movement is most of the times irregular.

Got ur pain, it happens but need to consult Ayurved Dr till then lot's of warm buttermilk by adding thyme,cumin seeds, pineapple n pomogranate juice will sooth u
