Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  It would be better if you get it checked out once. As of now cap. Pan-L once a day half an hour before food for 10 days. Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.  Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

Hi there I understand your concern...Swelling in your feet and ankles,Trouble breathing when you lie flat may be due to underlying cardiac issues... I would suggest you to consult nearest cardiologist or physician for clinical examination to confirm its just gastritis or due to other causes...leg swelling maybe related to your weight occupation as well hence Consult them once.

Hello there...you might be having gastritis and venous insufficiency. for gastritis, You need to follow a healthy diet. Avoid spicy foods, oily foods, outside junk foods, tea, coffee, sweets, sugars as much as possible. Have 4-5 short meals per day, instead of three big meals. Also drink plenty of water in between meals and little water during meals. You can take pantoprazole 40mg once in the morning half hour before your breakfast for one week. Sometimes stress can also trigger gastritis. So try relaxation methods like yoga or meditation. Also do not starve for too long. If this doesn't give you relief then consult a general physician or surgeon for further evaluation. for venous insufficiency also consult a general surgeon for further evaluation.
