Burning and red swellon palms,after CECT

Dear sir, I have number of symptoms like Burning sensation in hands and feet,Dizzi,Red swellon palms,Blood veins come out in hands and legs and looks clear,Itchy skin,Hives,Abodminal and back pain,Tingling,High BP.all this symptoms developed after done CT scan with Contrast.please suggest me .
