Burn Senstn n Numbness
Hi,
My hands n feet become numb n pale n I cannot feel a sensible touch like... There's always a burning sensation in my feet n I feel lik rubbing my legs to make it worm. My feet cannot take little cold from floor n I have to rub them to get them warm.

B vitamins, including B-1, B-6 and B-12, vitamin E and niacin are crucial to nerve health.
Alcoholism. Poor dietary choices made by alcoholics can lead to vitamin deficiencies.
