Brown discharge after period over
My periods got over 4 days before then i started doing exercise .. yesterday i had done more exercise like 100 step ups ... skipping..some squates even other exercises too...but today i didn't do any exercise and suddenly brown discharge happened ..it was not reddish jn colour but it was dark brown discharge in form off white discharge .Now I'm tensed about it . Is this normal phenomenon?? This happened before 3..4 months when i started doing exercise...after this i stopped doing those exercises.. please confirm my doubt is it a matter of problem??
