Breathing Issue - 2 Months Back I Went Through My Second C

2 months back I went through my second C section operation. I had mild breathing issue during my pregnancy. I suffered Covid in my last month of pregnancy. I am facing breathing issue now after my delivery. At times it is very tough for me to breath. Please suggest if this is the repercussion of the same.
