Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Don't be depressed about it.
Get it checked out.
Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
If it's gynaecomastia, then it can be removed surgically.
If it's not, then you will have to do chest exercises and lose weight.
