hello it may be due to gynaecomastia in puberty boys due to harmonal changes during puberty it is normal during this age group of boys bye

This is due to endocrine imbalance resulting in overproduction of Oestrogen. Requires full evaluation from Paediatric Endocrinologist at the earliest.
