Bowel movement problem.

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have to deal with this bowel movement problem when I dont manstrubate for like 4 to 5 days ....It become so hard for me to poop I have to put a lot of pressure .But after I ejaculate the bowel returns to normal and the same happens after 2 3 days..

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Have a high fiber diet. .drink plenty of fluids. .you can take some laxatives. Avoid oily and spicy foods. .tab. laxidyl two tablets in the night before bed for 5 days. 2 tablets to be taken together. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
