I have to apply pressure to pass stool and have to go several times a day some time for 4 times a day and i have problem that my weight incrases in some months and then reduces in some months when more stool is passed it reduces and when less stool is passed it gains and i feel no hunger and on tongue sour taste comes

constipation need to be addressed with life style modifications like high fibre diet , isapghul, exercise, bowel training etc. if this does not work, consult gastroenterologist
