Both hand pains at night
Weekly once both hands pain lot, this happened two times, it's not bone pain, it's muscular pain, full night can not sleep

Hello, how the pain starts,, is it start after a lot of work from hands,? If so then it is muscular, taking over the counter NSAIDS will help you relieve pain immediately. For long term benefit either you should avoid excess work or you should add daily exercise for forearm and hand muscles. A physiotherapist will help you with that. If pain is not associated with any exercise, you may have some vitamin deficiency consult a orthopedician for that.
