Body pain and stomach problem

Became covid positive on 21st July 2021.Now it is negative. But during these days feeling so tired and having severe back pain and body pain.Also inside stomach there is some irritation like gas. I had antibiotics for cough . During nights feeling very much tired. And there is no energy.also not interested in food sometimes.
