Body muscles weakness

My jaws ache when I eat bubble gum or pizza etc. I feel very very weak. I have walked out of cinema hall(b4 movie ends) twice due to muscle pain in legs. I feel pain in hands during blushing teeth. I am only 21 years old and I have severe body muscles weakness. Is it a disease?
