How often you take bath? It appears you are too conscious of small variations in your body. Don't be too much worried. Have regular bath on daily basis atleast once. Take well balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Exercise for atleast 1 hour daily. Take tablet Supradyn once daily.
