Hi, I have thin body. I want to make some muscles. I started gym but not seeing any improvement. Also I m not able to go gym regularly because of time issue. Please suggest some good tips.

If u want to built the muscles than u have to take proper diet Before workouts carbohydrates and after workout protein. And u can do exercise at your home allso
