Blood from anus while loo

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Please suggest what to do in this case. I am using Pilorute ointment and as compared to before it is reduced but still a small amount of blood is coming. What may be the reason behind this? Something to worry in this problem. I am really scared. Please suggest what to do?
