Looking at the long history of 6-7 months and her age the first obvious thing to rule out is nutritional deficiency of iron and vitamin b12. Other conditions which lead to decreased blood formation are rare. Most of these conditions can be diagnosed with a test called bone marrow aspiration and biopsy.
