Blockage in nose at night
My right nose is always blocked at night. I have been using otrivin since last 5 years. The day i dont use otivin, i am not able to sleep properly as the nose gets blocked. Is it safe to use otrivin for such a prolonged period.suggest me other remedy.

I can understand your concern.
Its not recommended that you use xylometazoline which is contained in otrivin for such a long time.
Kindly consult a ent specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
