Bloating and Blood in Vomit. Person.

It's been a little over a month that I've been experiencing fullness. Initially I thought I must be pregnant hence I bought 4 kits and tested. All of them showed negative. A week ago I spotted few drops of vaginal bleeding and it hasn't stopped since then and it gets really stinky now. This morning after I drank a glass of water, i felt nauseous, hence i puked with a little help with my hand. What i saw totally shocked me. There was blood in it. I don't know what caused it. In last few months my alcohol consumption have gone up to almost everyday. I have a healthy sex life. I was on contraceptive pills for one cycle after which I dropped. I'm not depressed but since few months I'm not in my normal self. I think of too many random unhappy things. Also, I'm an extremely allergic person.
