Bleeding in early pregnancy

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I was late for my periods by 6 days. The home pregnancy test was positive. But I has dark brown spots on my underwear on a couple of days. But I started bleeding on the 7th day after my due date for periods. There were all symptoms of pregnancy. I have given my blood sample for beta test. But I am very worried about the result.
