Bleeding between butts

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Actully I have a problem that is bleeding from between two butts that is edge of spinal card bone . That is pain and iteches .when itech came i rubbed a lot of times but i cannot think this will happen . firstly i think that is cyst but that is not when i touched that place there is a hole and blood is coming .
