Bleeding and clear from buttcrack

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I developed severe pain and sweeling around the top of my buttcrack. 3 or 4 days later, i started bleeding pretty bad. theres a small hole just below my buttcrack, in the center, that now ligiud is coming out. the pain is better and the swelling is down. whats wrong with me?
