I have been on the shots for birth control and have started bleeding a lot out of my vagina. i soak up a super tampon in less that an hour and have super bad lower abdominal pain.... when i am in the shower blood just pours.. please help

HELLO, INJECTION TRENEXA ONE AMPLE IM STATE FOLLOWED BY TABLET TRENEXA 500 THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS OR MORE. CAPSULE FE FOLE ONE AT NIGHT FOR THREE MONTHS TO PREVENT ANEMIA. HEALTHY DIET. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. O.K, BYE. CONSULT A GYNECOLOGIST.
