Hello sir I've some black particles on my poop I've attached my endoscopy report no stomach pain my hemoglobin 15.4 And also I've undergone inguinal scrotal hernia surgery past week Endoscopy done two months before for tight poop and stool

You have duodenal erosions, most probably due to that some blood is passing in the stools. Do a repeat endoscopy after 3 months and start the H. pylori treatment
