Black pain since last 6 years too much a
Started from 2012. I don't know how it was happen exactly. It's not from heavy weight lifting. Just I can remember the first pain was from sleeping on a soft cussion. I am not taking any medication now. I do some exercises. Some times I take rush tox200 and Rita g 200. Please suggest me. With regards, Ringkhang

as u take rhus tox and ruta. both medicine r helpful bt if u take homeopathic treatment with proper followup and regular intake of medicine then surely u become very well soon.
