Bipolar disorder: Mania

My younger brothr has a bipolar mania. He has lot of mood swings n he just become violent n break things at home. He says big things n business. We took him to several psychiatrists, n the problm is he himself is a dentist, so he reads abt the medicine n never takes it. Any suggestions what else we can do.

hey, mania is extreme mood swings that include emotional highs (mania or hypomania) and lows (depression). it takes time to subside , consult one psychiatrist and follow up regularly , give medicines accordingly
