Hi sir, benign prostrate hyperplasia is an age related issue. It can’t be cured unless surgically removed. Usually if there are no associated symptoms like urinary retention , frequency, dribbling of urine medication or surgical intervention is avoided. You can consult a urologist for further guidance.
