Sure it's great Rasayana Therapy Medicinal drug so plz it must be taken under AYURVEDIC DR's supervision, 1gm to 15gm as Vardhaman Rasayan sure after Shuddhi by Panchkarma, In usually in cold n winter for availing strength to all body constituents I.e. Dhatus. Which loossen due to ur unhealthy habits of Routine n disease conditions
