Bells policy infection
My dad is suffering from bells policy ,what remedies can you psuggest to get rid of that infection?

Hi there...if you are talking about bells palsy, then it is important to consult a general physician or neurophysician for further examination. Bells palsy is caused inflammation of the facial nerve due to compression, trauma, infections like herpes, eastern Barr. Treatment will depend on the cause of inflammation of the nerve. If infections link herpes are involved, then antivirals like acyclovir will have to be given. Also to reduce the inflammation, corticosteroids like prednisolone will have to started. For pain paracetamol, diclofenac can be given. Physiotherapy excercises should be thought. If eye is involved, then lubricants for the eyes should be used. Warm compresses can be given at home to relive pain. So kindly consult nearby general physician for further evaluation.
