How to take basti in home by yourself and what should be the frequencies for the same... is it same to flush bowels with spray water (tap water with help of nozzle under pressure) putting in anus and fill it with water then empty out...

Firstly Its very important to know for what purpose ...you are willing to take enema..its usually preferred in oldage for especially to clear bowels...but..at your age....if ur suffering from constipation I feel better to get examined and check what's the cause for the constipation... It's sign of indigestion.. Coming to method of enema.... Better not to go for such procedure without proper guidance and training

noone should take basti enema at home.in clinic panchkarma physician ll give as per ur prblm or ur prakruti.
