Manage with external methods... Apply ghee over the place . And give continuous cold cloth pad by dipping in chilled water or cold water..can wait 24 hrs.  ..may be capillaries ruptured... blood clots over the place. So the skin colour changes expected... should correct in 24.hrs. If deep pain and swelling persisted after 24hrs also by doing this,then better to  meet  directly a doctor.

Never a hot treatment like hot fomentation or volatile oil containing gels over fresh hits like u are facing now... this will enhance the inflammatory changes in wound..
