Average risk of cardiac
I have an average risk of cardiac attack as per the recent thyrocare check up. kindly guide me how can i bring down to low risk level

Hello.... Where is report?? Attach the report and repost the question....Diabetes, hypertension, high serum lipid ,obesity are the risk factors for cardiac attack.... Manage your diet and exercise... Avoid oily food items, calculate calories of intake according to your work load... Reduce your weight if you are heavy..
