Argipreg Side Effect - I Took Argipreg For Fetal Growth At 20

I took argipreg for fetal growth at 20 week pregnancy for 2 days and experienced swelling and redness in palm & fingers for both days. i stopped taking it from 3rd day and there was no swelling. I guess it was due to side effect but can this allergic reaction impact the fetus? I took only for 2 days and stopped after reaction on both days.
