  3. Appendix removed. Else can i do to help?

Appendix removed
I have just gotten my appendix taking out and they said that pressure will help it feel better? I have a 4 hour car ride tomorrow and I just got released from the hospital yesterday. I need to know is it safe to put of a "sucky inny" the wrap that women use to hide their belly, can I use that to apply pressure?? And what else can I do to help?
