Any pills that can damage my body
Someone has given me a pills of what I don't know bt after that I have gas problem abdominal pain,and also pain in lower abdominal is there any such pills made to damge of human body..Plz if u know about such pills please tell me I m suffering now

Dont take unknown/ without name medicines.

Fill and Apply warm castor oil to navel by laying supine 2 to 3 hrs. once...for 10 min. if it is reduced by first filling then can continue for 24 hrs.
if not reduced then need to check directly
