I get very anxious too often and react very badly later on realising the consequences. My words and facial expressions are often misinterpreted by people around me. I am tired of justifying my words and my actions because most of the time I don't mean to hurt anybody's feeling but I end up doing just that. I'm distressed by the aftereffects of my behaviour. I've tried to calm myself occasionally but doesn't last for long. I need help.
