Anti Tuberculosis Treatment

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I'm ANE Positive (Strongly) With Immune Disorder Symptoms-Not Enough Saliva In Mouth,Tearless Crying & Vasculitis.But My Sjogren's Test Was Negative.What Is The Exact Reason For Mentioned Problems.Now I'm Undergoing Tuberculosis Treatment & Since The Day Of Treatment I'm Having Dry,Wrinkled,Saggy Skin With Itching & Scaling.Vagina Too Has Become Itchy,Liver Enzymes Are Also Elevated .What Is The Reason? After Stopping The Treatment Will Everything Be Okay.Please Guide Me
