Anominal pain
For the past few days I've had severe anominal pain, after a trip to the ER and a CT scan, the doctor told me I have Epiploic Appendagitis and a mild UTI, but now after being on Cephalexin and Naproxen for 2 days, my stool is now black (it wasn't before the medication) and I have mild bleeding from my rectum. I am a 19 year old female and have never had any issues like this before

Hello....... Bleeding per rectum and black colored stool is suggestive of bleeding. But if you have fresh bleeding per rectum you can think of bleeding for distal part ...per rectal examination is required for confirmation..  Consult general surgeon in nearest hospital........
