Aneurysmal dilatation
37 year old male diagnosed by left internal carotid artery aneurysmal dilatation in neck.he is on daily aspirin therapy of 75 mg aspirin from last 6 months.he need any other treatment or is that ok for him?can daily aspirin harm his health as haemorrhagic stroke..?left ica has ap diameter is approx 11 mm as compared to normal ie 6mm

Hello.... Aspirin is safe medicine compared to all other tablets. And it has been used in long term basis to prevent further clots in post myocardial infarction condition... So don't worry In long-term low doses, the drug is also used as an antiplatelet for patients at high risk of heart attack and stroke.
