Aneursym/ migrain
I went to first 1 hospital they told mri is normal u have to undergo DSA for ur headache and found 3mm aneursym. But I went to another hospital they told u no need to go for DSA since mri is normal u have made mistake ur headache is due to migrain. I'm having numbness in one side of leg and hand with one side headache.

Hey, one sided headache is suggestive of migraine ,if you really have one leg weakness it suggest some aneurysm ,but you say its numbness so more likely its migraine but cannot confirm it just in online.
