Anal pain while passing stool
I had done a fissure surgery before one year and now little burning sensation and very less pain while passing stool from 2 months and some undigested food in stool and passing excess gas

Since the presenting complaints are very mild, it could be just because of low dietary fibres. However recurrence of Fissures should be ruled out

Take high fibre diet, as long as no hard stools, fissure will be under control.
