Is it possible to use zolpidem 3 weeks in a month With one week gap To avoid tolerance in this way can I use zolpidem for long time If it's possible so I will ask my doctor

Low doses of zolpidem are not addictive. But you should consult doctor wheather it is required. There are other safe medications available for sleep.

Zolpidem is a sedative hypnotic acting on the Gaba receptors in the brain. They are not advice for more than two weeks of continuous treatment. Consult a psychiatrist for the reasons behind sleep disturbance and take proper medications for the sleep. Good luck

Zoloidem has addiction properties using it a month is ok…but continuing second mnth is not advisable
