Zolfresh 10 mg

My weight is 69 kg. My PGTCA was done in 2009. Ecosprine Av75 & Metolar xr25 are continuing.In 2018 My Physician prescribed Zolfresh 10 mg due to disturbance in in sleeping. Since then I am taking Zolfresh 10 mg.
Due to this medicine now I am feeling tiredness,mild headache and lower back pain.
I want to stop this medicine.
All parameters are normal. My lifestyle is not complete sedentary.
I do not want to become habitual of this medicine..
Looking age kindly resolve my issue and suggest how can I take 6-8 hours of sleeping.
