Continuing ZINCOVIT is fine. I would suggest to get
Vitamin D levels checked. And also to rule out iron deficiency anemia. These two are very basic parameters Hb and low Vitamin D which have been known to predispose a child for repeated allergies, which can be seen in the form of any of the spectrum of the allergic tendencies. Like cold , dust, insect bite allergy, to chest congestion in the form of early morning wheezing. Ideally it will be better to either rule out the above parameters, or simply add-on as supplementation in food primarily and then check these after a month or so. To add dates (10-15/day) and jaggery (instead of
sugar) in basic foods she takes, and for vitamin D, restarting Ultra D 3 drops - 1 ml per day (mix with milk). Restriction of milk to 250 to 300 ml maximum in a day is of utmost importance too. Thanking You. For further details kindly connect via Telemed or direct visitation to your family Pediatrician. Take care and be safe.
