Do yoga and pranayam practice decrease sleep quota? Does it happen? U need less sleep if u practice yoga and pranayam

Hi Thanks for seeing help. Yoga and Pranayam are healthy practice for best Health. They help in good sleep. If Ur sleeping too much then they will normalise it. They don't produce lack of sleep. Regards Practo
